Job bank trial

The purpose of the job bank trial that began in 2009 is to increase the level of contribution from persons in a difficult situation on the open labour market. The responsibility for the national job bank trial is shared by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. Tyke is one of the four nationwide operators selected to participate in the job bank trial.

Job bank (Tyke)

  • is the employee's employer
  • sells the employees' work contribution to companies
  • when business is slow, Tyke arranges other work or training for the employee.
  • risk-free, flexible and an easy way to recruit new workers
  • offers workforce for seasonal work and during busy production periods
  • the old familiar employee is immediately available
  • get paid for at least the collectively agreed wages
  • the objective is a permanent full-time employment relationship
  • if the work is interrupted, training or coaching is offered
  • assistance for coordinating the salary and benefits
