Work coach and mentor
The Employment and Economic Development offices, labour service centres and insurance institutions are buying, where appropriate, work coaching and mentoring services to their clients. Work coaching and professional mentoring services to customers can be purchased as separate services or as an addition to group coaching.
Work coach helps the clients to find a new career or a study path. The aim of the work coaching is to increase the clients' resources and solve any issues preventing them from being hired or from starting studies.
Work coach:
- identifies the client's objectives, training and existing skills
- gives guidance on matters relating to the job search
- helps in drafting job applications and the CV
- prepares the client for interview situations
- attends the interviews with the client, if necessary
- looks for work trials, internships and work life coaching placements
- coaches the client on the open labour market or in one of Tyke's own production units
- provides support at the workplace, if necessary
- facilitates the creation of an employment relationship
- helps in everyday matters
- monitors and evaluates the work coaching process and supports the implementation of the plans
- assists the client and the employer, where necessary, in the search for available forms of support
at the end of the work coaching period will prepare a summary of the work coaching process
